How To Exercise at Home Without Equipment
Do Body Weight Squats
This requires absolutely no equipment other than your body. All you have to do is squat down using your body’s weight. Don’t think that just because this exercise is simple that it’s necessarily easy. That’s not the case. This can exercise can challenge you.
Ideally, you want to do at least 25 squats in succession. Then rest a short while and repeat the process.
If you commit to doing at least 4 sets of these squats everyday, you will tighten and tone your legs. Additionally, this exercise will help you lose weight from every other part of your body.
Do Jumping Jacks
I know you know how to do these. Just think back to when you were a kid. And here’s an easy way to maximize doing jumping jacks. Do them during commercial breaks on television.
Whenever a commercial break comes on a show you are watching, just get up and do jumping jacks until your show comes back on. And commit to doing this for at least 5 commercial breaks every single day.
That’s not too much to ask, is it?
Isometric Butt Exercises
All you have to do with this technique is squeeze your butt together as hard as you can and hold this tension for as long as you possibly can. Rest 10 seconds and then do it again.
Set a goal of doing this for a total of 5 minutes each day. That’s it. You’ll improve your legs and butt while losing weight.
